HOJICHA GREEN TEA POUND CAKE

 

Hojicha pound cake is the one of our easy hojicha recipes! It is simply one of the most delicious ways of eating hojicha, but it is also so simple to make and great to taste. 

If you are in a rush and want to make an easy hojicha dessert to impress your family and friends, this is the recipe!

There isn't a better choice to use our ELUXELLA Certified Organic Hojicha Powder if you want to make hojicha sweets. 


INGREDIENTS
- Plain Flour 150g

- Baking Powder 1/2 tsp

- Hot Water 50cc

- ELUXELLA Organic Hojicha Tea Powder 1tbsp

- Soy Milk 80cc

- Brown Sugar 3 tbsp

- Coconut Oil 25g

- Egg 1

 

 

RECIPE
1. Steep 1 tbsp of ELUXELLA Hojicha into 50cc of hot water and let it cool down.


2. Pre-heat oven for 170℃


3. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a mould.


4. Bake it at 170℃ for 40mins.

 

5. Let it cool and ENJOY!!
